All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical. A paper will appear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors of the accepted paper registers before the registration deadline. Presenting the accepted paper is a prerequisite for appearing in the IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Submitted papers should satisfy the criteria listed below and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.<br><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Paper template: The paper submission template (IEEE double-column) can be found at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceeding<\/a> (The link will lead to &#8211; https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Paper length: Maximum 4 pages including all figures, tables, and references.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Allowable file size: 2 MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Paper submission: Submit your paper (pdf version only) through our online paper submission system.<br>Paper Size: US Letter or A4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Fonts: Embed all fonts in your PDF file. Type 3 fonts are not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Blinded Paper Type: At this stage, the authors SHOULD NOT include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the paper. Blinded manuscript submission is a must for the review process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Plagiarism and Multiple Submissions: RAAICON 2025 will strictly follow IEEE policies for plagiarism and multiple submissions. (The link will lead to &#8211; https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/User\/Register) to create Microsoft CMT login ID.                               <strong>Paper submission link is<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/RAAICON2025\">https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/RAAICON2025<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The corresponding author should click on the \u201cCreate New Submission\u201d. Please fill up all the necessary information including Title, Abstract, Collaborators\/Co-authors, Subject Areas and the full paper in their respective field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">To add collaborators\/coauthors, please use \u201cEnter email to add new author\u201d field. It is recommended that all co-authors open their respective CMT Accounts before submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Before submitting, always check \u201c<strong>Instructions for Initial Paper Submission<\/strong>\u201d for paper preparations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Make sure to re-check before confirming initial submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Avoid multiple submissions for one paper tittle.
