Registration fees will include
- One registration covers one paper.
- Entry to all the technical events of IEEE RAAICON 2025.
- The above rates are applicable up to the registration deadline only. 20% increased rate will be applicable after registration deadline.
- Category is defined by the author’s affiliation mentioned in the paper.
- Page limit: 4-6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references. Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages)
- Only Full-Time Regular students with proof will be considered for student author category.
- Only active IEEE membership valid until December 2025 will be considered for the IEEE author category.
- The organizer will not be able to send the registration kit to the online paper presenting author.
Registration Procedures
A paper will appear in the proceedings:
- If at least one of the authors of the finally accepted paper registers by paying appropriate fees before the registration deadline,
- Submit online the IEEE e-copyright form,
- Upload camera-ready version of the paper (as per the instructions),
- Fills up the Google form, and Presents the paper as per the schedule.
